        Also, you must be a member of the server for at least 6 months, if you are a builder. If you are a Mayor, you may apply. Moderators are chosen by their actions ingame and on the forums, as well as their experience, so if a user was chosen this should not occur in most circumstances. However, your concern is commendable.

        I believe they should, as they should not be advertising at all. Advertising is one of the most serious offenses here on ECC, and therefore a harsh punishment seems due
