If the owner of the account himself is not playing in the account and someone else is and they get banned for using foul language the owner should be able to redeem himself and be unbanned
No matter who is in that account be it the owner of it or not, they are still using his name. Do not give away your accounts. What I suggest you do is go to the Ban Appeals. Best of luck
Yes I agree do not give away your account. But what if it is a family member. Example: Bain and his drunk father. It's not his fault his dad is drunk and doing this type of stuff. He should. It be banned for that
Well it is still under his name, no matter who uses it. I know it isn't his fault, you can advise him to log out his minecraft whenever he's done using it. Example: I am a well known person, my family knows my account. My brother used my account to scold and insult people but no one knows because it's my account, my information and my face that he used. He soiled my reputation because I was careless. It wasn't me but it's my account, so it's still somewhat "me". I hope you get what I mean^ So go down to the ban appeal and if he does get unbanned, make sure no one should have access to it again because if he gets banned again, the same excuse will not work. (; Since whoever used it is likely to do it again and it will result in an endless chain of breaking rules. Do understand that.
We have no way to know who is behind the screen. All we have to go on is the name that's on it so when an account is in violation of the rules, it's dealt with accordingly. The owner of the account is responsible for it and needs to take steps to protect it. Otherwise it leaves other players on the server vulnerable to the actions of whoever it was and we won't risk our players.
