Voting on your most favorite staff member to get them a statute sounds interesting. However this could influence some staff members mentally. Voting for your favorite staff member is in my opinion not a really good idea. Staff members could feel less appreciated on the server. I would suggest giving everyone a statue or no one.
While you have a point, I was aiming at the fact the staff may be inspired to work harder. I know the staff are almost always busy as is but it could give them better morale to keep at it. All the staff i've met so far do a great job voting wouldn't be to say some are doing less or are worse than the others but to say who the community likes, i also think it would change monthly fav staff of the month not necessarily this person is better
I think regardless of how they decide its done there definitely should be a server specific list of current staff at least. However I do agree the statues and tributes to past/retired staff would be nice as well.
I personally think this is a good idea and should be put in the hub with every staff because although we may not be staff on the server the player that needs help on it is easier for staff to contact other staff as we all have contact with each other
