    Who are you reporting?:runman24
    What server was this on?: This was on the server "Zombies"
    How long ago was this?: This was at about 7:00AM
    What did he/she do?: He was using a hack client to use spider to climb up the walls of dome, and he said that if he was banned, that he'd just un-ban himself. (I didn't get that.)

    It looks like he is on top of the iron bars... His feet not being on them could just be lag.

    There's no possible way for a player to get up there unless one of the following:
    Hacked client
    Flying
    Got teleported
