i have my 2 villagers for my iron farm tucked away in there comfy room. i know the changes to breeding with 1.8. i have traded with them and now given them over 2 stacks of potatoes which shuold have only taken 24 or 12 each and yet they still wont breed.....has this been disabled on the server or am i doing something wrong???
I have made this mistake many times, and maybe you did too: What kind of doors did you use? I'm pretty sure that right now, only oak doors work for breeding villagers, as they are the only doors that generate in villages.
Re there enough oak doors, if you have only 2, they need about 6 doors. The way it works is you need abou 3 doors per villager.
so i added a little farm and just checked in on them i now have 4 in there so im taking it you need that for them to breed cuz the other ways shown on youtube didnt work
