Unable to break non-blocks when they're directly under blocks.

    For example, rails, repeaters and redstone trails. Like the title says, the game won't let me remove them; I end up having to mine underthem to break them. Any possible fix?

    I think this is to do with the no cheat on the server so there is only a small chance of it being fixed
