So, this might have hapenned to us all atleast once. You save up some voting keys just to get some better rewards and or more rewards and you get Lucky and get a item rename tag. Because of this you are happy with them and want to put them save. You would say your vault, right? Wrong. if you do this the item rename tag will dissapear and change to a normal tag. I find this kind off sad since i lost 2 because of this bug. The server has majorily improved but there are still a lot of bugs that need fixing. I hope this can be fixed (and maybe a refund to me since i didn't know this was a bug, and to the players that have evidence) anytime soon. since item rename tags aren't really the cheapest of things.
We are sorry that this bug occurred to you, we are currently looking for a fix for this issue but we were wondering if you had any proof of you owning those two Custom Nametag's and that they have changed, Eg. a before and after screenshot. Without this we sadly won't be able to refund you
