    I would like to know if I can go around looking for griefing on Survival and then reporting it to a Mod+ ?

    you can but we ussualy need the owner of the build online, because of the fact it might be friends, or the player moved

    Yeah there is not really much point unless the owner is reporting the grief to staff.
