What did he/she do?: I was banned from the server for arguing with him/Disrespect I was told along time ago that you are allowed to talk a little smack on KitPvP so being banned for disrespect is abit far of as seen in my proof he also muted me when I said I wanted to fight him without his "Bitch squad" as I had been previously 4v1d then I was mutted when I got unmutted I /msg him and said I would upload him muting me he has no right and then he /banned me. To start this off, you weren't 4v1ed, you were 3v1ed. It's pvp - anything can happen. And you just put your side of the story. You were disrespecting me and Thefightingtaco, along with some players. You called us the 'bitch squad" and repeatedly said we had sharpness 5+ swords when, physically, that's impossible for us to make. You didn't stop calling us abusers when in fact we did nothing wrong. I muted you because you wouldn't stop, and on top of all that you continued to bash on us in /msg. I had a well defined reason to mute you. You weren't talking a little bit of "smack". You were completely bashing our positions and jobs.
First of all this is not some little "disrespect" you referred to me as "bitch squad" for StraightUpThug. You also stated that we have sharp 5+ swords which we can't even make. Also you were repeatedly smack talking StraightUpthug and me, you also lied with your statement you were 3v1d not 4v1d. Also remember this is pvp so anything can happen in the arenas. After your mute you were still smack talking StraightUpThug in /msg and were telling us how we are "Staff Abusers". In conclusion your forum post is only relevant to your side of the story.
Bitch squad is the only negativtiyy I used against you and I did think you guys used sharp 5 + swords I talked about that and then got muted then I stopped talking about that and I suggested in /msg that muting me was abuse and stated I was reporting this then I got banned. I got a mute for 20 minutes that was cut to like 5 minutes then insta ban. I have been told you are allowed to talk shit on pvp by Malcom and Blue who in turn said they have checked with multiple staff it is okay so banning me for disrespect and now getting on the foumrs and posting together to stregnthen your arguemnt that is low.
I feel the offence " Disrepecting" And after being muted /msging you that the muting me was unjust should be at max a temp ban but that isn't for me to decide.
So far, from what I can get from this I was banned for using the term "Bitch Squad" Twice, Saying you were abusing with sharp 5+ swords 4 times then I was Muted. Which I was quiet upset about so I /msgd you saying that I am uploading proof that you are abusing one time. And insta perm ban. I can say sorry for all of the above I seriously was mad after I died and wasn't thinking. Sorry StraightUpThug and TheFightingTaco.
... Same issue I had with Volkrot. So as far as I can see Rushy was talking a bit of smack after he died? Saying "Bitch squad" twice and a bit of arguing? Unless there is a lot missing, this isn't really worth a ban in my opinion. After all it is a PvP server, shit talking is bound to happen.
Only part I missed was when I type /msg StraightUpThug Mutting me for talking shit wow Abuse being reported.
