    Who are you reporting? RamziPvP
    What server was this on? Factions
    How long ago was this? It happend around 1:20 AM CENTRAL 3/20/2015
    What did he/she do? Spammed caps after given warning, also was just spamming random letters.

    Note: He did this more than I was able to catch since I was talking to a friend, but keep in mind the little I did catch was not all of it.
