Yeah I totally agree with you... Sometimes when I'm on-line I'm the only on there. The reset is needed so bad!
As soon as it is reset, you will see it come back to life. No one wants to log in and work on something just for it to be reset and time wasted.
I've been told it's happening "very soon" but I've basically given up on the server as a whole as you guys know lol
It has been happening "very soon" for a year. It was going to be "by the end of the month" in November, December, August. I am sure a few in between as well.

I don't think the reset is needed or will bring back people, I find plenty of chests still and new people join everyday, I do agree its dead though, I joined this server about 3 years ago, I remember all the people who would join 500+, I enjoy skygrid and decided to join again but everyone's gone....sad...
Factions was down for months, but it got reset and should be up in a week at latest. Skygrid is in the same process, just not at the same rate. Jere and Alex have both said it is a work in progress, no worries
I think you are mistaken, MrsZelda. I know at least myself and a friend will return once the reset happens. I know there are others lurking about waiting for it too. Regardless if it is needed or not, it has been promised. Like I said before, who wants to work on a base, when a reset has been promised and that base will be vanished once it happens? Maybe if I knew that the reset would take a year or more back when it was first mentioned, I wouldn't have stopped playing back in December. I guarantee my friend and I aren't the only ones who will definitely be back once the reset happens.
Thats good, I didn't mean it like that, I will come back and so will my friend but not many people will come back, because of how long they had to wait and gave it up... but I think they should definitely have a confirmation date so people are not waiting up to a year for it
Well it kinda hurts for me I started on Skygrid a 2 years ago and it was busy everywhere i don't know if you guys can remember that -_- But now it is kinda ... (you can fill in the word for me ) on Skygrid. But I still have some hope on Skygrid and on the reset that may soon come to AEM Skygrid. But I can't force the people to keep playing on Skygrid so there is much more fun, so much fun as a couple of months ago. I hope the reset may come soon.
This pains me aswell. In August 2012 I started playing here. I remember how many people used to be here. And what's even worse is most of the staff that are no longer staff were skygrid staff. (ex; Me, Hedge, Lily, Avery, Cross, Bunny, Snow, ect) and I believe a lot of the players left with us. I'm sorta coming back. Not sure if I will or not yet. I still have to get school sorted. But I remember the days back when so many players played skygrid. I never thought things could change so much in so little time. I'm losing hope in skygrid and I never thought I could ever say that. I used to go on rants about helping the server. Now I think I wasted 200$ on something that's going to die. But my limit has been reached. If something doesn't change soon as we've been told. I think I'll be gone for good. Im on that last thread and it's about to break. If Alex really cares about AEM and the players on it. Reset skygrid. Not only will it bring back players. But people will donate. If he cares he will put effort into bringing it back to the old days with all the players.
You don't have to say anything. This is out of our hands now. Only person that can change anything is Alex.
