I think a cool plug-in to add would be *drum roll* /enchant. You type /enchant and it pulls up an enchanting interface and works just as a regular enchanting interface, but with a catch. You do /enchant (level), for example, /enchant 30, and it pulls up the interface but all the enchants are of 30. So /enchant 2 would bring up the same thing but with level 2 enchants.

Another thing you could add is *another drum roll* /staff. It lists all the staff so people will know who to turn their hacks off around. Jk jk. But it would show who to be a little more careful and more polite and friendly around. I haven't seen a server do /enchant or /staff and I want to see this server be the first.
Also, extreme would get /enchant and everyone of course would get /staff

If you don't mind, I'm going to step in and share some of my opinions/views on your suggestions.

I honestly like how we still have the traditional enchanting tables, I think nowadays people are changing too much about minecraft to make things too easy, or even more complicated. Enchanting tables are working just fine and I've never seen anybody having issues with them. I don't believe in changing something that doesn't need to be changed. ^^'

There is already a /list command to see who is online and it shows everybody including staff, with their tags/ranks next to their name. Also, I understand you were joking with the whole -people knowing when to be careful- thing but that's not a good thing to even think about. There are rules for a reason and they are to be followed even when you don't have staff hovering over the top of y'all to make sure you follow them. There are rules to ensure the best experience for everybody and to make sure all members feel comfortable and safe. One rule for everything is to respect the community and server itself. If you are breaking other rules whether staff are there or not, you're breaking rule number 1. I have seen a few servers with the /staff command though, and it doesn't cause problems from what I can see, but again /list works just fine too and I don't see the point in changing something that doesn't need to be changed.
