While this suggestion has been raised in the past on the Skyblock sub-forum by ZambieSlayer, I feel as it did not receive the attention it deserved. My suggestion, (thought of before seeing Zambie's post) is a perk available to either Skylord or Skylegend, whichever seems best. It would allow the player to place multiple blocks at once, very similar to the builder's wand in many modpacks. While I do not have experience with working on MC Plugins, I would assume this could be done somehow by using the World Edit plugin, and /pt from essentials. This may seem quite overpowered, but I believe it helps reduce the parts of skyblock that are merely chores, and bring no enjoyment. Obviously, the perk would somehow have to utilize the blocks inside the player's inventory. With this perk, it would be much easier to get the mundane parts of skyblock done sooner, and make more time for the creative, and useful parts of building. i think this is a good idea and have often said in chat "god id kill for a builder's wand" so yes good idea...gets my vote
I think that this is too over powered and it would ruin the point of skyblock, you are supposed to work hard to expand your island.
