As far as a know this allowed. You have to move your character on any axis for it to reset the AFK timer, so just standing still and breaking blocks (Even with something placed on your mouse) would be allowed since he would still be kicked after a time.
Ok, keep in mind afk mining is allowed BUT the player could only afk max 30 min because a player will takes up room for another player who wants to play, they are taking that spot away. Always have a pick on hand because if the player is not holding one, we staff have permission to kick the afkers.
