I'm joining a different town and am selling Cookie Town, but I have some requirements. 1- It must be for a reasonable price, not too high but not too low. 2- I have to at least know you.(Which shouldn't be hard, I know almost everyone on survival) 3- You have to be Elite+ (Its just easier with a high rank, especially with bigger towns) 4- I still get full perms to the town if I need it. 5- If you want to make any large changes to the town, weather taxes, building, kicking someone etc., you must ask me first. 6. I can take the town back or sell it again at anytime if I feel the need to. Comment on here or message me in game and if multiple people want it I'll decide who I think is best for it!~
Some friends and I are building a few huge builds and want them to be protected so we're putting them in a town, but if I still had Cookie Town I wouldn't be able to build with them because they're not making plots and an embassy wouldn't work. But I don't want to get rid of Cookie Town completely because I've put a lot of work into it and don't really want to loose it.
