My IGN is "Tadashi_Kumira" For awhile now I have not received my "elite" rank on skywars. My friend bought it, Twice. Yet nothing happened. I've had a phew suggestions on why: Launcher. I play on the old launcher while he plays on the Newer launcher. Different Pc. I told him I wouldn't receive it because he needs to log in to verify or something. I just assumed these could be the problem but I'm not sure. If I can get any help on this, I would be very happy. ~Tadashi
Please provide proof of purchase and an admin will provide you with your rank. You should have gotten an email that was used with the PayPal account used to purchase the rank.
I didn't receive any email and before I made this I talked to Pop_Lina about it, He suggested that the purchase didn't go through. I'll ask my friend if he received any email.
There are reasons why they ask you for proof' 1.You can scam the server (say you bought a rank and actually didn't) 2.If you have proof then there shouldn't be a problem 3.People like getting things free and handed to them and especially an elite rank it cost a good bit of money so someone on almost every server tries to get it by giving the excuse you're giving. 4. If this is a scam please understand that ranks are to help the server and the player not just the player.
