    Once a rank has been bought it is tied to an account.
    You can donate on behalf of another player, if that is what you mean. But movement of existing ranks to another account is not allowed except under extraordinary circumstances such as irretrievable account theft.

    I've seen someone quit then get there donation rank moved to someone else.
