Not receiving vote prizes on factions

    So I vote everyday, and i receive the keys in all the servers other than in factions.
    Is there a way to solve this,
    I should already have 11 votes there, but i got 0

    It's been confirmed that keys are given to players. Make sure you have room in your inventory when you vote.

    I dont play factions, so I always have the inventory empty, but its strange because I dont even receive the vote awards

    Same thing has happenedcto me a time or two but i dont play factions much so it didnt bother me
