Ever since zrinne posted about possible survival server reset many of us, as upset as we were or not, have been hanging on by a thin tread.

Not knowing if and when this reset is going to happen has left most in a standstill. Is it possible to get a timeline more or less, it's hard to press on with so much that goes into planning and building.

I think it is not just me, have heard lots of comments to this respect; Players staying gone utill it happens...
Please if you read this give a heads up to Alex... Most of us are ready... Just pull that bandage right off, it may sting a little, but with time and a new world it will heal. :p

If they know, they will come... :D

As much as many people will be upset, resets bring in more people. It is only natural. Take skyblock for example. Many people quit, with no legit purpose (Me being one of them). With a new server, we now have newer plugins and more people. It is for the better.

This is what happened with factions, a reset was mentioned then everyone just left... it took far too long to come out and when it did people only played for a couple of weeks now its empty again

Ya it's a bad idea to announce a reset months before it happens... By the time factions actually reset, the players were already gone.

Skygrid is a great example of this. Got around 30 ppl before even a mention of reset, but then mentioned now maybe 10 players mostly.

I've been waiting for a Skygrid reset since September, and I haven't been on much since. It's the same with survival too, I haven't played since a reset was mensioned.
