Lost skylord rank after changing name?

I used to be named ---------- but since Microsoft added the change name option, my new name is -----. I wish to know why I logged in without my skylord rank on skyblock without my name. I also purchased the lowest donator rank on factions but idc much. Although ive logged in about 3 times in the past 2 years, i would like to have my rank returned. I spent $100 on my rank. Any staff please get back to me about this error.

If any staff could get back to about this I will message he/she my name. if it has anything to do with changing my name , i will tell you my current name and previous name, don't want anyone stealing my name and rank.
