    I paid for VIP a long time ago and paid for premium 2 or 3 days ago, today it said I was VIP again? I played as premium for 2 days and I want my $40 dollars back or my rank back.

    I paid for VIP months ago, and it's recently saying I don't have my rank anymore either. I made a simular post days ago but no staff has responded. (Cough) @AlexM850 (cough) @Evanyoshi (Cough) @Fucking somebody? I just want my rank back. Or at the very least a full refund via paypal. Your choice.

    Well, you guys are a ray of sunshine.

    Lost ranks are a glitch on factions, unless you recently changed your IGN... AEM doesn't support name changes yet. If you lost your rank on facs, only a facs admin can help. That would be jerekul, rinne, nick, taco, or thug. Kindly msg them on here or in game for help. Thanks.

    Please mail me in game [ /mail send zRinne ]

    Tell me if you have recently changed your in game name - if you did, you'll lose your rank.
    If you did not change your in game name, mail me saying "I did not change ign" and I would proceed to check your buycraft and fix it once I confirm you have paid for said rank.

    I lost my rank once cause my mom did something with the credit card and Alex didn't get the money. Ask yer mommy if she did that.
