Lost items in zombies

    I was trading with another player on zombies using the trading system it kicked me out of it and she accidentally left it when we were at spawn all the stuff in the trading system went missing and still are.
    I know people cant pick things up at spawn and you cant drop them but can someone please give me some more info on why it kicked me out of it.
