Hello everyone, it is me, Aussie xP So, as most people know, I'm pretty bad at PvPing ._. Yet, I really do like watching it! Recently, however, I accidently (I don't how to spell this word correctly, sue me.) TP'd to someone that was in the PvP area. I flew over to the safe zone, and some how, theBullDawg killed me, and he took all of my items with no regret (That bastard =-=) Now, I have no way to continue on this server. So, I'm going to leave for a while. I honestly have no more passion if I can't even have my most valued items. Thank you everyone who supported me c: I will not be giving away items, 1. Because BullDawg took them all, and 2. Because I may come back. However, I cannot be positive. Thank you everyone <3 ~XxAussieLoverxX
I would be glad to give you my stuff what ever i have you can have it no questions ask. you want diamonds i will give you some silk touch sure not a problem. But don't quit over something like this. Think of it as a fresh new start. I have lost my most valuable stuff 3 times and restarted from scratch it like a whole new adventure for me. I have died with lots of valuables before, Like fireblock hat which an ex-staff gave me and that didn't make me quit. Some items which held memories, lost due to falling into the void/ getting killed etc. We move on, learn from it. We don't sit there crying over something that isn't right or fair because life is never fair. The world doesn't revolve around you neither will it stop for you. You lose the items, that's that. Nothing you can do. It's going to be the same whenever server you may go and it also applies to life as well, don't quit cause something bad happens. There seems to be some glitch with this. A few times, it has happened in which a player is able to hit another player in the safe zone, and is able to deal damage. Whenever it happens to me, I have luckily had a staff member present in order to kick the player. Perhaps this glitch should be looked into? Just a suggestion. @zRinne
What I can conclude is that it's lag, where ti shows that you entered the safe zone but to others you haven't move in there yet. So far there hasn't been a problem with the end safe zone to other players or me (I like playing there) and often targeted to kill. However, it can be looked into just to be sure.
I shall investigate the worldguard protection which prevents PVP in the safe zone this afternoon, when I get home. I will also add a notification to tell a player when they enter and leave, so they know when it is safe, and when it is not, to avoid any confusion around the edges of the safety zone.
I have checked the PVP Safezone protection now, as I had a few spare minutes. I find nothing wrong with the protection, however I have made a few tweaks to improve usability: Area is now 4 blocks taller, for those who fly into/out of the safe zone. Potions will no longer be able to splash within the area. New message upon entering and exiting the safezone, so you can tell if you are safe easier. Players inside the safezone are now immune to damage from players or mobs, this is a backup protection incase anyone finds a way around the pvp protection.

I know that feel. /back sent me to lava with all my godded stuff. Whats important is to move on. U can make stuff again. Another time, I lost 5 stacks of diamonds to server restart. I have more experience in losing things than most people. But are you willing to give up playing a really epic server just because u lost items? I don't think so. I'm sure u have many friends here who would miss u if u were gone. So don't ragequit and think about the awesome server with awesome ppl
