So im a VIP on sky-wars so i use kits... but the one thing that bothers me is getting called a noob by other players... People that use kits aren't noobs they work hard for they're points and are really good players, i have nothing against non donors, actually half my friends don't use kits.. i just really don't like getting called a noob with no skill from using kits- sky-wars is about having fun and playing with your friends not getting made fun of by your point or if you use kits or not.

/ignore player or just don't reply them. I use kits too and I mostly ignore them, ignoring them makes them even more angry as their insults can't reach you. They are trying to make you feel miserable and if you just ignore them, they'll eventually give up because you're to reacting tot hem. I have a few people who AFK in games after building a fort making sure I won't come, so we played the AFK game. There are a lot of different kind of people who will insult you, just don't let them get to your head and you're done. (; that's how I handle it. By not replying.
