Keep getting booted off

I was playing skyblock without a problem earlier today, however now like every 2 minutes I get this message: Internal Exception: java.io.ioException. its really beginning to annoy me. I try to chat, and I get booted off. occasional times I get kicked for "flying or realted" -.-

So do any of you know how to fix this please??

Having more lag issues today... I was making a 3rd layer to my island, was going down a waterfall, and fell and lost a skylord pick and 4 stacks of stonebrick. I don't know if its just me, but this lag needs to be fixed. this only happens with skyblock, all other servers are fine.
