The reason this could be a good addition: It allows there to be a purpose to PvP, mine, dig, brew, etc... You can also configure it too add more choices. You basically get up to a max level 40, 45, 50, etc whatever it's chosen to be set too. The higher the level the more money you get, and yes you can limit the amount of jobs, the max can be 1, 2, 3, etc.
