Ive been banned for a simple accident?

    I was in /warp akkarr, a public mob spawner and there are levers on the wall to turn on the mob spawner and i had a effiency V axe on my hotbar and i hit the block behind it by accident this was a mistake can anyone tell me if i can get unbanned please, i truly didn't mean it.
