1) Mods.We need a list of authorized mods not just for survival but for every other server. Everything is outdated and most of the posts are still from when Alex was owner. Personally I do not currently have forge installed but I will soon be re-installing it. The mods I plan on using are optifine and schematica. 2)Updating of rules. Once again , times have changed and these are still pretty much from when Alex was owner. I know there is /rules but these do not necessarily have the whole story, maybe a sticky forum on circumstances when we should and should not report players and what to do. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3)Community impact. I feel the community has had quite a big impact on the way the server has changed. I thank Sway (and formerly Hayden) for listening to the community. 4)Updates. Whilst the minor updates aren't noticeable , I feel that the servers have been work on reasonably well and I personally have not had any bugs due to the minor updates. The major updates such as factions have also been very efficient , so props once again to the management.
Indeed props to he management. However I think the things they have been working on are visible when playing on AEM On a side note, all mods that don't give players an unfair advantage are authorized. There is no list needed for that. Players can use common sense to know which mods are allowed and which aren't allowed. About the rules, they can change every minute. There is no point in updating the /rules list for every small thing which has been changed. Players can use common sense for this as well to see if what they are doing is allowed. As for the staff list if u are one the forums visit subarea members there is a section for staff members. It does not say where but it says what rank they are. On the other hand maybe dedicate one of the empty houses at spawn for staff heads.

I may not have mentioned but, what you're currently doing is just spamming whatever threads you can to get it up to 10 so you can apply. After applying, you will not be accepted straight away, we will review what you have been doing in game and on the forums, being staff is not that simple, you may think it's all fun and games but it isn't.
