So i decided to buy 5 legendary keys, i did /buy on my main account so that shouldve made me log in to the store on that account but it didnt (i didnt know this at the time) so i waited till i got them, didnt recieve them so i looked on the store and it said that Snxws bought 5 legendary keys which is my old alts name so i havent got my keys. i was wondering if anyone could help me out! http://prntscr.com/cve3eq
on behalf of snow - "i did /buy and bought the keys through that, so i shouldnt have to do anything when it is aems fault that it went to not only the wrong account, but the old name for that account....i did /buy again and it still was set for Snxws yet i am on Snowzh doing /buy. i shouldnt have to do anything as it wasnt a problem caused by me."
