    Just upgraded to extreme on survival and have not recieved the Upgrade yet! Has been about 2 hours since I recieved my purchase confirmation! Any and all help on this would be great!

    It usaully happens straight away,be sure you have entered your minecraft username ,if you are sure about that notify an Admin ingame and they should be able to promote you ingame. Goodluck :)
