    I bought the VIP Rank on Factions for 9.99 and its been way over 15 minutes and I still haven't got my items. Could you fix this by any chance?

    @Jordan101802 if you look above the skywars rank, you can see a purchase with just the name "Jordan". Was that you? You may have forgotten to add the numbers.
