Connection Refused?

    I just recently came back to AEM after a long time! QuickNews update, I'm married now, and I have a beautiful baby girl! Anyways, I've been getting on more frequently as of late, but now it says My connection is refuse;no further information.

    Any help on what the problem could be?

    The new owner isn't keeping it down, but he needs the server machine to be down for a little.
