In cold biomes, when u are swimming up water that saved you it can freeze. Change the biome maybe? Ive encountered cold Taiga, Ice Spikes, Ice mountains, extreme hills, cold beach, ice plains and frozen river.
Well the problem with removing cold biomes and such is that skyblock is (somewhat) randomly generated, just spaced out in different chunks of the world so as to make it so islands collide and whatnot, or I think that's how it is. Anyway, if you wanted to remove those types of biomes, you'd have to make it so that the islands don't spawn in those particular biomes, which I don't think is possible? Don't take my word for it, I'm just thinking that's how it works anyway. Hope this helped in some way or another.
