"Cannot send chat message"

    Every time I try to type something that isn't a command, that message appears:

    "Cannot send chat message"

    Do I have to be online for at least 24 hours or something? (If so, that's a bit ridiculous).

    ((I apologize if the answer was 'right in front of my face' but I tend not to notice things in that light.))
