Can my brother have my items since i got banned.

    Soo i spent a lot of money already ban an other ban report.Even if it gets declined i wish my brother to gets my rank or i get a refund on paypal about the ranks i have taken in game.If this cant happen i wish my brother to have some of my items in kitpvp since i spent over 200$ on this server and got banned for slilly things i hope one day i get back to the server but i dont think this is going to happen.At the moment i am thinking of finding a new server to play but they are either too big and fancy or too mood and with a few people AEM was perfect for me but you must know that i am really enjoying the server and i hope my brother doesnt have any problems with a banned brother.Anyway i must say a sorry to the community since they found me being unrepsectful good lucks inthe field of justice.

    You obviously got banned for a legitimate reason, in the TOS (you agreed to when you bought your rank) it would have most likely said "If you get banned you won't get refuned". Or something along the lines of that. Asking for a refund is also like buying a chocolate bar from the shop, then taking it back half eaten saying I want a refund. You have alread eaten half of it. Likewise, you have already used AEM's services.
    As for your brother getting your rank, that's up to the Administrators. Anyways, good luck on getting unbanned.

    As 17malcolm said, before you donated it specifically said "You, under ANY circumstances WILL NOT be able to get a refund, or you will be banned from any BuyCraft Services".

    Yep, if you try to charge back your donation, you will not only be globally banned from AEM but you will be banned from Buycraft as well and not be able to donate on any other servers that use it.

    Ranks are not transferable, I don't think they will allow that because it might create some issues with players and cause more trouble for staff.
    And if you're wondering why you won't be refunded, apart from what Malcolm said, the reason being is because if people who donated get banned, they would get their money back and then there's not point in donating right? Please understand that.

    It wouldn't be fair for the legit players or those who work hard.

    A donation needs to be viewed more as a donation and less as a product or service. Terms state that if you are banned, that is it, you are done, just in other wording. Thus, since it is a donation, it should be viewed likewise.

    As far as we know, your "brother" could just be your alt account, and you want to get your stuff.
