    How I read it is that he will buy premium for someone when that player pays 35k.

    Although I'm pretty sure he means the opposite.

    I suggest to you to change the title of the thread. It says that you are buying someone a premium rank for 35k.
    Maybe you should say it like 'Who wants to buy me premium for 35k' or something.
