Saying other servers names whether you give an IP or not considered advertising. At this point I don't think you really understand that you did something wrong and broke a rule so I would like for you to explain (in your own words) why advertising other servers is bad and please give us a reason why we should believe that you would not do it again. I caught you mentioning server name and telling players this was a server, that is considered advertising. Whether you provide Ip or not. Exactly what christy mentioned above.
