I looked at the griefed area and it would seem that you stole some bookshelves, an enchanting table and an anvil from a player's home. I'm willing to approve this appeal given that it was a smaller grief, but I need you to post something on here telling us that you will not grief in the future if we allow you back on the server. Griefing is considered to be breaking anything that is not your own or placing blocks in an area that you were not given permission to build in.
