Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? There was no "DDoS" threat. Nobody ever implies or typed those words or phrases. The term "off-server" meant a player complaint on the user. Nothing Else.
"Do you like having internet? cause I can have you off this game" is what you said. What would you do if someone said that to you? That sounds just like a DDoS threat in my opinion. We take DDoS VERY seriously. And anyway, it's technically against the law. There are many situations where if you said this or something similar at bank or government facilities you would go to Jail. I'm going to ask you a few questions. 1. Why did you feel it was nessesary to say that? 2. Why are DDoS threats against the rules? 3. Why do you think we should consider unbanning you minutes after you were banned? 4. Why would you do something else knowing this was your 3rd ban? Shouldn't you be trying to Improve your act? ( this is your 3rd ban, 3rd offence) I am usually very lenient with chances, I honestly give too many. But seeing. That you have been banned 2 times before, And your 3rd ban is a DDoS threat, I really do Not want to let you back. Ever heard the term 3 Strikes you're out? "sounds like" is not the equivalent to "i'm gonna". Answers to: 1. I felt it 'necessary' to say that because i intended to warn him before making a formal player complaint. 2. DDoS threats SHOULD be against the rules, if someone Actually threatens to DDoS 3. You banned me within minutes of logging on, and refused to speak to me privately. 4. 3rd ban? I was banned once, by YOU in fact, and it was forgiven and you clearly stated "a fresh start" I have logs also, friend.
1. It was not within moments of logging on, I had been watching for a bit. 2. "Do you like having internet" is a blatant threat on someone. Or shall I say a very clever way of getting around rules set. 3. I refuse to speak with you privately as every time I do, you try to weasel your way out of situation that you know you were caught in. 4. Regardless of telling a player to leave and them not listening, you do not threaten or "handle" the situation yourself. 5. The countless number of times I have heard you threaten to kick players from town, kill players for entering it (by turning on pvp while they are in it) and the number of times you have very obviously bashed players for doing something you feel is inproper. I dont see why you deserver ANOTHER chance at all. Now to end all of this, you told me all the prior incidents were because your account was "unsecured" yet those times you spoke just like you are now. Regardless of if it was you or not, you always take responsibility for the actions others do on your account. If you feel this is wrongful I apologize but the words spoken were clear to not only me but other staff and players. I personally do not feel you deserve any further chances. A simple question asked doesn't mean anything. You have a personal problem with me, which is obvious. "bypassing" "rules" which are not set is not against any SET rule. The player in question has harrassed this large town many times and the result? only a "talking to". You are not permitted to interpret any ambiguous question as an automatic "threat" in any sitution, as it would appear unprofessional . Again i will state there is only ONE ban on this account, and that it is incidental, forgiven, and doesnt even show in the bminfo. The last statement is proof of your personal dilemma regarding this account. I can always be personally messaged which in my opinion, is what you should have done at first, instead of brewing an atmosphere in which you are "king of kids", hero to the unmonitored, un-supervised, adolexcent fan-base to which you "subscribe. As long as we're interpreting and posting opinions and interpretations: I feel you act too hastily in actions which could effect the server as a whole.
