I was banned for arguing a point with a staff member I have video of the conversation here ( ) I don't believe expressing my opinon should be bannable as all I was stating was that he 3v1d me with his squad and may have used sharp 5+ weps. Then I procceded to ask for a 1v1 when I was muted I told the Staff member that is abuse muting me when I ask for a 1v1 then I told him I would uplaod his abuse I was /banned How is this even fair, I was told in kitpvp you can talk a little trash as it is a pvp server come on, after donating $150 I'm banned for life on that server after talking trash once ? Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? As I have not broken any notiable rules and It is a minor offence to be banned for ages I know you will back your staff member but see how he is wrong ?
You weren't expressing your opinion. You were defiant in the fact that we were abusing, and after I told you to stop you still continued. One of the rules is to not argue with staff and that they have the final word. I even told you that and you still went on about how we abused. We take time out of our day to ensure the players of AEM that the servers they play on are fun and enjoyable, and when people like you come on and start bashing us for reasons that are completely absurd it gets tiresome. I'm willing to accept this appeal but in the future I want you to be respectful to ALL players and staff. Yes, talking a little bit of "smack" on a PvP server is ok, but disrespecting staff and their jobs isn't.
StraightUpThugs I stated 4 times that you abused you didn't warn me till after you had already muted me which I continued to state was abuse one more time in a private message stating I would report then you ban me ? The thing that angers me is that after I put so much time and money into that server then you come along and ban me with minimal to no warnings. They are a key part in being a staff member acting fairly by giving the player a chance to redivert their actions.
You stated that we abused a lot more than 4 times. I warned you twice in /msg, and even then most players only get 1 warning. Plus, the mute should've gotten the point across that we wanted you to stop. But you didn't, you kept going on and on. There were multiple opportunities for you to stop and you didn't. You did have a fair chance to redivert your actions, you had multiple.
I don't want an argument about what I did/ didn't do get staff to check the logs. I just wish to be unbanned, I don't agree with what you're saying but I'd love the actuall logs.
Can I get a diffrent staffs opnion on the issue talking to the member who was upset with me isn't really progressing at all.
It looks like you're not even the least bit sorry for what you did. Seems like you just want to be unbanned. The actual logs will prove everything that Taco and I both said are true.
You claimed you caught me abusing also, a few weeks back. Staff members are carefully chosen by the owner, we've been apart of the staff team for quiet awhile. If we actually abused, we would've by now have been talked to by the higher up staff member, or demoted. If we accidentally made a mistake, it doesn't really consider that we are abusing. As a staff member, we have to make decisions very quickly, which may lead to a misunderstanding.We all make mistakes, anyways. Back to your ban appeal, that video you provided did not really prove a point. There is a rule, that if you must listen to what staff members say. If you've been muted, its basicly saying you should stop what you're doing. Cause you are causing a pain in chat, or breaking a rule in public chat. After being banned, you also came up to me on factions and complained about StraightUpThug abusing and that you've been banned, which also isn't very a good thing to do. With the attitude you're putting towards this ban appeal, it doesn't really sound like you want to be unbanned off KitPvP.
I aplogise I ask what I can do, I want to get unbanned, and StraightUpThug I'm sorry I can see how my actions offended you and trust me I am sorry. Cookie I can see where you're coming from but after dealing with another icident on kit pvp where I had killed a staff member only for him to /kill me I lost a tad bit of faith. But I want to return more then anyhting I don't want days of work to disolve in a matter on minutes. Everyone looses it and gets mad and I did I can admit that but I just want to come back I tried playing other kitpvp servers they don't compare to Aem please.... :c
