Pretty much, there was a ddoser, and I agreed to give others skype to him, aswell as others in the call. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? Now, I'm not going to go on saying I didn't do the crime and all. I admit to it all. All I'm asking is another chance. It's been months, and I'm a new person. I wasn't thinking of the consequences, I wasn't thinking of what was to come. I'm a new person now, I'm older, and I know right from wrong. I know what I have done wrong, and I know how to improve. DDOS is actually a federal crime. You assisted in a federal crime. Why should we allow you back after such a serious offense?
You still are an accomplice to the DDOSing then. It's like if I robbed a bank and @Jerekul was just a my get away driver, he aided me in committing a crime, even though he didn't do the major part of it, he still will be busted for it as well.
I get what you are getting at, but again, there's no way I can undo the crime. As I said multiple times, in multiple applications, I can show you guys that I'm not the same guy who was ddosing back then.
Since I was around at the time of this ban I would like to add my opinion to it. First off @StraightUpThug was the one to ban you, I was there at the time this went down. You were assisting someone (whom I won't name) in DDOSing other players. Now this not only breaks the rules of our servers, but it is a federal crime. Which is quite literally the worst. Moving on, if I remember correctly you may have throw threats at people. If I am thinking of the right ban, and if I am correct that breaks yet another rule. But since I can't prove that that happened/didn't happen, I won't dwell on it too long. Now, when you were banned, you were banned and stated to have no appeal. What you did is the worst rule to break in my books. As you are breaking a federal crime plus you are taking away people's right to have fun and not worry about their internet being messed with. And I would say to keep you banned, since I was there to witness firsthand what you did. But I do not want to seem biased in my approach to this, even though I can honestly say I am not. I would like the other two gentlemen's opinion on this appeal, since they have commented first before I have. I was not threatening any player at all. That must have been somebody else? Also I stated to have no appeal? Anyway, yes, I know I have broken a rule/crime, and I agree, but I didn't threaten any players, and even though this doesn't really change the effect, I was only involved in one person, other then that, I had no say/I didn't interact with Who-shall-not-be-named.
If you didn't threaten anybody then indeed it must have been some else. But what I meant is your ban stated for you to have no appeal. Not you personally. And plus if I do remember correctly you were part of a group that did this to many people.
I was in the call with a few others, yes, and they did ddos a few others, but I only got banned for saying Imbaee800, or whatever it is, in the skype chat, that's pretty much it, so I even though I may have been in the call with the others, I was not part of, so to say, the others who got ddosed.
Well yes, I gave only Imabees, but that's not the point. I know I did it, and I'm not saying I didn't, I'm just asking for a second chance.
