I didn't hack, advertise, exploit glitches, etc.
Rule 17 - Staff reserve the right to take action to stop anything that they deem to be unfair and not listed in the rules. We had a reason to firstly mute you for saying "#Demote" repeatedly. We found this unethical as you were obviously making a negative remark towards a certain staff member and not one from your "previous server". When you were then unmuted, you intended to further carry on an argument and also to then looking down on the server and disrespecting it. "this will go down, and when it does, i will laugh". - I would also like to mention your previous history of complaints from other players reporting you giving yourself inappropriate nick names. (This has happened more than once)
Can I just ask why you've done an appeal? Personally if I was playing on a server and I didn't like that staff I wouldn't play on it. Also "this will go down, and when it does, i will laugh" Why come back to a server that you think is going down let alone laugh when it does. This shows you have no respect for AEM or the people here. @Potata
Just curious @Potata, any reason you're so concerned to get unbanned? Because it surely didn't seem like you were last night, when you used /nick to name yourself IHateThisServer. Not to mention the fact that you've said (multiple times) that you don't want to play here, and that you play on and will be playing on other servers.
I believe that this shouldn't be a ban, instead a mute. I think I deserve a second chance. Pls I am sincerely sorry. I wont say anything bad about the server again or have nicknames that offend the server. I like the aem community and like to talk to my friends on there. I just had a rlly bad day today at school and I was rlly mad. Please reconsider :-: Ik u guys don't like me anymore because of what I have done, but please find it in your hearts to give a second chance. :'( I know now that I shouldn't of done it an I ask you guys to please ease the punishment, like a small temp ban or a mute D:
You stated to me personally that your alleged spamming was unintentional. And although it seems you have had quite the foul attitude towards the server, I must admit a global ban is a bit over the top. It appears you are willing to comply and respect the server you are asking to return to. Of course that decision is entirely up to my comrad, Atomic, as he was the initial "banner".
The reason for the global ban is because this has been going on for weeks, all this trouble and nick changing and getting at staff, but if you seem that bad that you've done this, I will unban you. You are going to have to play by your word from now on and if any of this happens again, you will be globally banned with no appeal needed. Do you promise that you will not disrespect any staff or the server and respect and accept the way we sort things out around here? Please reply. @Potata
