There was someone who said he wanted to quit minecraft so I recommended a couple of servers. Then I was banned. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I meet up with my cousin there. He doesn't have a phone and he lives in Hanoi Vietnam, and AEM is the only server that we can meet up that he doesn't lag like crazy. Now that I know about the advertising rule I won't do it again.
by saying other servers you were advertising, we take advertising as a serious offensive on AEM How can we believe you wont do this again once we let you back on the server?
I'm sorry. I didn't mean the story about my cousin to be taken as a sob story, it was supposed to be an incentive. I won't advertise again if it means I can't talk to my cousin again.

I apologize for being so late in replying. How can I prove that I learned my lesson? It does seem a unfair to advertise. It's rude to go to another person's server and broadcast yours. It's like tramping all over their hard work. From what I've seen, maintaining a server requires a lot of work and an eye for details, and some imbecile coming in and taking advantage like that...I can see why you see it as a serious offense. I have always thought like that though, I wasn't aware of the advertising rule or that I was even advertising. I will certainly be more careful from now on, even in other servers.
