Member Name Opi Minecraft Username Opifex Which server were you banned on? Global Why were you banned from this server? I was global banned a few months ago for repeated staff disrespect. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? Back when I was banned I really had lost all hope in the server and didn't really care, I made a unban appeal right after i was banned and i got denied. So i just decided i was done with the server and i moved on. I recently came back to check the website to see how the server is doing and i noticed talks of factions being reset. I miss playing on Aem factions since it was the first factions server i really cared about. I started playing it about 2 1/2 years ago. I would like to come onto the server again and see some old players that I used to be friends with also. Even tho most of them quit or were banned also. I know that i was immature when i was banned and Im sorry if i offended anyone, if i get another chance i won't bother anyone on the server. I would just like to drop in once and now to see how it is. Hopefully I can be given another chance

You were banned globally for : Continued to message even after survival ban, with disrespect. The incident with cross ban - private conversation: You couldn't accept the fact that one of your friend got banned, decided to make a fuss along side with the rest there, leaving a bad image for you and your friends, a bad impression. Opifex100 old forum account was then removed due to the uproar. If you couldn't accept the fact that someone was banned for a reason, how sure can we be that this wouldn't sit well with you either? What similar incident were to happen again? It would be an endless cycle. You couldn't accept the fact. Coming online, disrespecting players which you were warned for then banned, got mad and continued after your ban which lead to a global ban. What would we gain from accepting this? @Picaso is the original banner, he has more information on what has happened. Feel free to clarify/elaborate on the situation
This happened many months ago, so Im a bit fuzzy on things I said/did. I did have a very toxic attitude for the server tho. I was just on to troll people and staff which lead to me being banned from survival and then I PMed Picasso from hub and he g banned me. I would like to make the point that I have never been banned before this incident, even tho I have had trouble with staff in the past for a variety of reasons @Evanyoshi . I have no hard feelings toward AEM or it's staff team anymore, I have moved past all that has happened to me or my friends. The main reason I want to be unbanned is simply to clean my record. I don't like knowing that I am perm banned from the first server that I cared about. Even tho it has changed and isn't the same as it used to be, I still would like to come on again and remember what it used to be. As for what you would gain, I don't really have anything to offer except for me coming on and saying hello or talking to some of the old players I used to be friends with. I don't really plan on playing or anything unless the server reverted to being as good as it used to be.

Ah well, thats a shame then, because I/other staff have something against you. The way you and your little friends acted then have made it impossible for you to play here again.
You can think what you want of me, I don't really care what you think of me or my old faction. However I don't think you should be making decisions based of if you personally dislike someone. I remember a staff member who used to do the same thing @Evanyoshi Also you have nothing to do with me being banned so I don't know why you are here telling me that you have a problem instead of zRinne. Back when I was banned you were just a mod.
I couldn't careless if you dont care, but I think you're forgetting that me as an admin is the one that is suppose to care. and actually I was part of you being banned along with your little friends. As for me being mod. Im not admin on 3 servers and mod on another 3.
Kid you don't know what goes on with a ban, staff talk about it, i let staff know about what you and your friends has been doing. We agreed you were to be banned and not to be unbanned.
You are making yourself look bad tying to belittle me by using the original insult of calling me a "kid". You clearly have a bias towards me and my friends. zRinne seems to be the only mature staff to post on this thread yet.
Hey there @Opi , I can see how sincere you are and I respect that, thank you for trying your best in remembering those incidents. The aftermath in all those events has given you a bad reputation which you would like to clear your name for and start over but, regrettably, after speaking with the original banner, I can't give you that kind of chance. I heard that you and your crew found ways to contact him to tell him that he's a 4 year old corrupted staff. After much discussion with other staffs, majority of them has decline giving you the green light. I would like to apologize if anything said has offended you. Thank you for being a part of AEM family, I'm sure you'll do great in another server, just remember not to troll too much, know the limits to what can be said and done and what shouldn't be. Lol was worth a shot, I was fully honest with this app, didn't make up any bullshit. My "crew" doesn't even know that that I made this appeal. This is only for me and me alone. The rest of my friends don't care enough to appeal. With me staying banned i feel like I have unfinished business with aem. Not much closure if ya know what i mean... Thats the only reason i made this, I simply want closure.
I understand you would seek closure, however, letting you back to the server has its own risk and dangers. If we gave you a chance, everyone would think it's okay to break the rules as we go "easy" on the unban simply for "closure" I can tell you really do seem sincere and honest about this but we can't give you that kind of chance after all that has happened. Edit : We're going to think this through before rejecting it, please do wait for further replies.
