Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? Well.. The not following rules part was a pretty big mis-sunderstanding. My friend Mainly plays Faction server, and i was starting to play skyblock, so he got onto skyblock and gave me the items he's got from voting to put in the chest for OUR island, he had to finish something in factions, then he was getting onto Skyblock. He wasnt giving/trading the items to/with me, just had me put them in our chest, for BOTH of us to have access to. Now, the Rude part, I was being told to watch my language, then 13seconds after me being told that, Alex said "don't be an ass" so I told him to watch his language. And excessive cursing. i', not sure where that came from.. I may have said some innopripriate things, but nothing directed in a harmful manner to anyone on the server. And.. Ya' know, ive donated 20$ to the server in total.. I dont think that ^^ was a legitimate reason to ban me from Aemservers in general, from skyblock alone is reasonable.. But, you know. I've donated, so obviously I like the server, and not wanting to look for another, this one feels too home-y (not sure how you'd type that out) I'd appriciate the ban being lifted . You were told to watch your language by a couple skylords as i had seen, you and Au_Merchant were saying a few mean words including cunt, etc. Occasional swearing (like ass) is okay, it's also stated in /rules, so i didn't break any rules, i was abiding by the part that says keep it to a minimum. Another thing is, if players are only trying to enforce rules while staff aren't on you shouldn't be disrespectful to them. That's utterly disappointing to me. Another thing, cross server vote items trading / giving them away has never been allowed. You also, when you did this trade in a hurry to prevent being caught (yes, i checked logs after this incident was mentioned). Not only did you not follow rules, but you didn't keep swearing to a minimum, and you were being disrespectful to non-staff members. You also had/have a warranted ban on our survival servers, so clearly you're doing something wrong. (No, i'm not against you here, or decided to accept or deny) i'm just stating out obvious facts.
woah what? But ive never really been on survival except for once for maybe like 5minutes or so o_o. And me and au were in skype, so i dont see where you got these "logs" from. But hey, do as you will. Lift, or keep the ban, its not gonna change what happened. We weren't trading anything, i asked him for the items, and said id give him stuff on factions yes, BUT , then he called me on skype and said he was just guna try out skyblock. So he got on there , gave me the items to get started, then (right before you banned me) he got on skyblock. So he wasnt trading, or giving me the vote items. Theyre in the islands chest. And the island is Au's and mine. So its the same as him putting the items in the chest. Yeah I said cunt, and ive seen you excessively curse numerous times on Faction. I can actually remember (almost) word for word what you said one inncident too "im tired of all these fucking spammers advertising their shit servers, lmfao" One sentence, three swears uttered. Which only proves it happens to everyone. & what time zone is the forum set as? Because its 4 for me, and says you replied at 11am , haha.
As i quote above, again. Giving/trading vote items isn't allowed. Also, have you read factions rules? Does it say anything in there about the rules pertaining to skyblock? I don't think so, regarding when i said i'm tired of the dumb asses advertising their shitty servers. Lol.
Yeah, relatively new to the server, so I wouldn't know, but i don't think you really need to worry about it, aside from the spam atleast, this is a pretty spiffy server, i don't think anyone would leave it for a 12year old's 30minute-made server..Anywho I'm not here to argue with you, just here to state my case, because in the end we both know it doesn't matter what I say, your mind is already made up for the most part But, get back to me with the results of this appeal when you can. I need to go feed my daughter.
