I asked him kindly to give it back and he would say no. He then exits the server so I cannot get my stuff back. He comes back on and I report him. I then get kicked off. I have no idea what I did.
From what I see you were only temp banned for not calming down when asked to by staff. No need to make a ban appeal for a temp ban just simply wait until your timeout is over.
