Apparently excessive swearing, and disrespectful behaviour this time, as well as not listening to a staff member. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? Excessive swearing: Although I do feel that this is a little harsh, I will take responsibility for breaking this rule. However, although I can't remember any of the words or contexts I swore in, I feel that I have seen and heard much worse on this server and get no acknowledgement at all, I feel what I said was not excessive as moments where someone is degrading your entire integrity are the moments that swearing was created for. However, fair enough, I swore on a game kids play. Give me a warning, or be harsh and mute me without a warning, whatever. Disrespectful behavior: I acted with as much respect as I was treated. It's plain and simple. Treat others how you want to be treated. I called her arrogant because she called me a monster. Myself and anyone else I've spoken to agrees that rapist is a much harsher insult than arrogant. Disobeying staff: I didn't get any message from a staff member. A staff member simply stated in chat that the topic needed to stop. Because I was having a discussion with one person in the game, I was looking only for their name in chat, and doing so, missed the message until I saw it again. Upon seeing it again I said ok, checked the rules, saw that all staff must be obeyed, and stopped. I THEN got kicked, while standing around after the conversation ended. Upon logging back in I simply said calm down, the conversation already died, and then logged off moments later. While still logged into teamspeak people are still talking about what just happened (by people I mean blueberry and the player that kicked me). I laugh it off and carry on talking to my friend. Some amount of time later Rinne logs on, mentions the topic herself, staff start talking about it again, and then I overhear that I am banned. That's not disobeying staff, thats missing a message in a busy chatlog and then following orders upon seeing them. I'd appreciate it if this appeal was left up long enough for me to actually see a reply too.
