I'm sorry, but you told the person that you were going to donate for them, accepted the money, and then did not donate for them. This is considered scamming, and we have screenshots of all of this as proof. Scamming players out of ranks for in game money/items is not allowed on AEM, and i'm going to have to deny this appeal, as you gave no explanation of why you scammed the player.
