I had posted a fake "porn link" as a joke, and it was clearly stated so. I was accused of using "Alternate accounts and VPNs" but I was at a place called Ebash (www.ebash.com) and I was able to use several different computers at the facility. Someone had continued to join the server on different accounts posing to be my "brother" but that wasn't the case. I was present, but not aware of what happened. All of this eventually leading to a IP ban. This is all a big misunderstanding. Why do you think you deserve another chance on the server? I have participated on a island owned by AcePlaysInHD for quite some time, and contributed to the formation of the island. I was wanting to donate to the server as well, but I find it pointless to donate to a server that I am banned from.
First off , a fake porn link, why would you say that? Even if it was fake and a joke. That's not allowed. Please, give me more insight on this. I would like to know. 1. Why is putting a porn link in chat against the rules? (Even if the link was fake) Second, Anything and everything done on your account is your responsibility as you should know and stop whats going on. 2. If you were present, how were you not aware of what happened? 3. Why is everything on your account your responsibility? Third, The use of multiple accounts and VPN's is called ban-evading if your banned. That is against the rules. Now I understand that you were NOT aware you were banned but i have a few questions on this. 4. Why is ban-evading against the rules? 5. Why should I trust that this won't happen again, that someone wont use your account again? @EvanTheGreat Please respond within 24 hours or your appeal will be rejected. P.S. The link was supposed to be a joke, and was stated as so. I was told it was supposed to only be a temporary ban, but obviously it was permanent. 1. I would assume that not everybody is into that sort of stuff, but neither am I. I haven't watched any of that stuff, which was the purpose of the cleary fake link, a joke. 2. The facility I was at has several rooms that house several computers, each of which having their own unique IP. Everytime you login with the community account it gives you a name similar to "nhminecraft_08" and it changes with every login. 3. Because I spent MY money on MY account, anything I do on my account is 100% my responsibility, nobody elses. 4. Because when you're banned, that is it. You are not permitted back onto that server. Joining back on that server is evading that ban that you were given, clearly stating "DO NOT COME BACK" 5. Because I was going to donate on the server, initially it was just going to be a $5 donor rank, but once I get paid, I was going to donate more to the server, and I am also apart of a fairly large island owned by AcePlaysInHD. I have contributed to the island quite a few times. I can ensure that no-one will use that community account on the server because I had it removed from the facility, so no-one should be able to join back, not even myself. I am RazedGaming on Minecraft. nhminecraft_08 (or whatever number) is NOT my account, nor is it even affiliated with me.
