We have to get details relating to your ban you had on you before the new ban system came into place and see what happened then to get your ban sorted out in global terms. I'm not at home but on break at work so I personally can't check on it. Just check back here every so often throughout the day and a staff member that can help you will contact you here, just have some patience with us. This isn't a job we get paid to do so we got to things in real life we have to do to survive
